The entire staff at this facility is the most caring, professional, and pleasant people. I''ve seen them with my mother and other patients and they are so good with them. They maybe a bit short staffed right now, but they are still attentive to the patients needs. I really want to give cudos to all, but I feel I must give special mention to a few of the caregivers; specifically Pam and Laverne. These two women have been so gracious and respectful with my mother and other patients that I feel they deserve special mention. But again, the entire staff here deserves 5 stars.

There was a problem with food service every day. How do you consistently give a resident cereal for breakfast and forget the milk or get every meal wrong? Shared a room with someone that had a highly contagious c-diff infection. I was assured that they were not violating any codes.
