Growing up, I have always been an introvert with not too many friends. Having a small social circle is bittersweet. I get to have an in-depth relationship with each and every one of my friends.

Quilt-making may have gone out of style with our grandparents’ generation, but it’s always fun to revive old traditions. We know this because two four-packs of toilet paper fall out of his grocery bags as he's walking home. It's unclear if the creators of the film added an extra four-pack simply to make the bags look more full.
With everybody out, you can stay as long as you want in the tub! Start some relaxing music, light up some soothing candles, and throw in your favorite scented bubble bath soap or bath bomb. If you’ve always wanted to learn to paint or sketch but never had time to, now is your chance! Do a quick YouTube search, sit down with your supplies, and learn watercolor, calligraphy, oil painting, or any other art or handicraft. Coloring books aren't just for kids these days.
Listen to Music
You have the entire kitchen now, so bake all the pies you want and give some away to friends. Maybe you want to learn to cook, or study a new language. Or, you might choose to work on some career skills. Alternatively, search for podcasts by speakers you admire, or choose story podcasts and get lost in a gripping true crime or sci-fi story.
Look at the playfulness of the children there. Their sporty smiles would take you over with lots of joy. Look at the birds returning home after a long day of survival journey. Are you one of them who try to figure out things to do on weekend alone?

But, alone time is the best time to invest in yourself and learn something that adds a fun part to your life. Bring a journal and note down whatever you’re feeling at the moment. If you really want to make the most out of the weekend and this me-time, then never let this time be wasted anymore.

Keep your sense of curiosity, and try learning for the sake of learning -- no grades, no pressure. Many educational opportunities exist online for free through sites like Coursera. Have an old guitar lying around or is dust collecting on that keyboard you've been meaning to play for years?
Scrapbooking is another creative crafts activity you will enjoy if you like documenting and preserving memories artistically. Learning new skills and challenging yourself to grow as a person is always a good idea. Besides, you don't have to wander around to find the perfect tutor to guide you. You can learn new skills on platforms like Skillshare, Udemy, Masterclass, Coursera, or YouTube. Spending time alone doing activities you like is indeed a healthy thing.
So consider online shopping when you're alone at home and want to brighten your mood. If you have the time, set aside an hour for a long, hot bath. Indulge yourself; light some candles, put on a relaxing album and soak your troubles away. Travelling alone means there are no compromises; you can go wherever you want, see whatever you want, and eat wherever you want. Even if you just travel to the nearest city for the day, savor the luxury of going at your own pace.
Last but not least, out of everything above this makes the perfect things to do when bored at night in bed. So, if you don’t have any things to do on weekends, and take time to relax and to learn something about yourself. ‘Reading’ not only fun but also makes the productive approach to spending your time alone at night in your bed. This one is the most common idea that you probably get from almost every post regarding what to do when bored at night in bed. Unless it’s not 3 AM in the midnight and still it’s most likely a time when your friends and family are awake you can have some bedtime conversation with them.
Do you ever notice that when guys "settle down" they tend to become homebodies? I've certainly noticed that and as a recently minted homebody myself, I'm not going to apologize for it. Now, that said, you can't just do what you'd normally do at home when you have a family. No, you've got to incorporate the whole gang and find fun things to do at home with family. It's fun to lust after a time when discretionary income permits a real vacation. So you'd better be ready when the lottery strikes.
